In order to  meet the criteria of Type IV City, Duc Hoa needs to merge parts of Duc Hoa Ha Commune and parts of Huu Thanh Commune, including: Tan Duc Industrial Park, E. Tan Duc city and Tan Tao University. When surveying the infrastructure of the entire Tan Duc industrial Park, the delegation highly appreciated the professional investment in infrastructure of Tan Tao Group contributed.
