On February 15, 2016, Tan Duc Investment Corporation (Tan Duc Company) formally signed a land lease agreement with Trillions One Member Company Ltd. (Trillions Company) to lease 60,267.7 m2 land in the Tan Duc Industrial Park – Phase 2 after the discussion and negotiation.
Trillions Company, a subsidiary of the Fushan Textile Group - a leading Taiwanese corporation specializing in supplying high quality textile products for world’s famous sports brands such as Adidas, Nike. The Fushan Textile Group is headquartered in Taiwan, China, and Hong Kong. The Company formulates the strategy for investment of more factories in Vietnam to expand the Group and increase production output.
According to the Trillions' representative, after several months of inquiries and consideration of investment in industrial parks in Long An, Dong Nai and Binh Duong Provinces, the Trillions Board have decided to lease the land for building the factory in Tan Duc Industrial Park - Phase 2 since Tan Duc is well-connected to the arterial roads giving access to Ho Chi Minh City (towards the port clusters) and the South East provinces. With the advantages of a 30 ha area for dyeing industry in the Tan Duc Industrial Park – Phase 2 which has been approved by Long An Province Authority, strong support from the Board of Directors of Tan Duc Company and abundant and skilled labor force in Duc Hoa District, Long An province, Trillions Company very conveniently imports machinery, raw materials for production and transportation of export goods to save time and costs. At the same time, with the effective support from Tan Duc Industrial Park, Trillions Company has saved much time in applying for construction license, business registration certificate, investment and environmental impact assessment procedures.
